Kim Kardashian Fitness DVDs–Keeping Up With Nutrition On Set

Jennifer Galardi choreographed Kim Kardashian’s fitness DVDs and gave some exclusive behind the scenes details to That’s Fit on the moves that help Kim maintain her famous Armenian Princess Kardashian curves.

The Keeping Up With The Kardashians star has hinted that she’s eating more vegetarian meals to stay fit and she and Galardi enjoyed vegetarian food during the filming of the DVDs.
“It’s always challenging to eat well on a production set, but one of my favorite vegetarian restaurants was near the studio, and I introduced Kim to some great-tasting raw and macrobiotic foods, like Scarlett Quinoa (grains made with beets to color the dish a beautiful red),” Galardi said.
“We also ate lots of steamed kale and some sushi. You really can’t practice the “starvation” diet method that many models and actresses employ when you’re shooting energetic exercise DVDs. You’ve got to sustain all that stamina for the cameras. Kim and I were doing multiple takes of these workouts so it’s crucial to give your body the energy it needs from healthy and vibrant foods. Of course, dark chocolate is always a great snack option!”

Banks, 35, debuts her costume -- which consists of the reality star's wavy hair and a skintight dress -- on the "Tyra Show" Friday. She completes the look with life-sized cardboard cutouts of sisters Kourtney and Khloe, plus Khloe's new husband, Lamar Odom.

She'll show off three different costumes on Friday's show.

American socialite Kim Kardashian has revealed that turning 29 has made her feel old.

Kardashian, who celebrated her birthday on October 21, also revealed that the first person to wish her was her boyfriend, New Orleans Saints player Reggie Bush.

“I’m not going to lie, I woke up this morning feeling a little old! It’s my last year in my 20s,” People magazine quoted her as saying. “The first person to wish me a happy birthday was Reggie. He called so early this morning,” she added.

While pregnant sis, Kourtney Kardashian is planning a baby with beau Scott Disick, Kim Kardashian is living up the single, skinny life.

The 28-year-old Kardashian was recently ranked on Complex.com "Top 100 Girls of the 2000's" list.

Kim snatched up second, falling only behind Single Ladies star Beyonce.

"When people talk about someone Girls of the 2000's, kourtney kardashian, Complex who's 'famous for being famous' they might as well just refer to them as a Kim Kardashian," Complex wrote next to her winning note, then moving on to take some credit for spotting such a hottie.

"[We] took a chance in 2007 by putting Kim on the cover, when she was just Paris Hilton's curvaceous BFF, and since then she's been a tabloid mainstay."

Adding, "Yes, you all should be tipping your fitteds to us. With an ass that would win all the horse awards, and twos that are the most super. it's easy to see how she got to #2 without doing anything at all."

Oh, but she does. Kim Kardashian is the working'est out sister of them all.

"I'vee been working out really hard, changing the way I eat, making sure that my diet with the supplements is really together and I really feel good for once," Kim said on the David LettermanShow.

Kardashian speaks to all of this in an interview with Cosmopolitan that’s on newsstands now, saying ”I’m an entrepreneur. ‘Ambitious’ is my middle name.” However, she’s the first to admit that all of her “ambition” wasn’t focused on the right things in the past, namely her romantic relationships. ”A lot of work goes into relationships. Right now, I’m figuring it out.”

Kim Kardashian can’t stop raving about this particular modeling assignment. She took to her blog and said it “was the most beautiful shoot ever.” Kim also revealed that she normally hates posing in a bikini because she gets self-conscious, but not anymore.

The reality television star says she’s in the best shape of her life and loves how she looks. She writes on her blog, “I used to be really nervous doing bikini shoots but I honestly feel like now I am so much more confident and comfortable in my skin after losing a little weight and most importantly, toning up.”

50 Cent is back with Kim Kardashian

Reality TV star Kim Kardashian has announced that she will release her own perfume through rapper 50 Cent’s new fragrance company, Lighthouse Beauty. The ‘Keeping Up with the Kardashians’ star’s perfume will compete with the likes of Britney Spears and Pamela Anderson, who plan to release their own signature scents this spring.



Kardashian, however, plans to be completely involved in the process, from the actual blend of the fragrance to the promotion of the product. “What’s so different about their approach is that they have worked closely with me on all aspects of my fragrance, the bottle, the juice, and even our distribution strategy,” she said in a recent interview.


50’s company, Lighthouse Beauty has “a unique perspective on capturing the essence of a celebrity in a product,” according to spokesman and Violator CEO Chris Lighty. “We worked closely with top perfumers to infuse Kim’s larger-than-life personality into a fragrance that will really speak to her fans,” Lighty continued.Kardashian calls her partnership with the company, who will also be releasing a line of 50 Cent colognes, a “perfect” fit. “I can develop a product that truly represents me and speaks to my fans. Because of their commitment to including me in the process, the fragrance really captures who I am,” Kardashian explained, enthusiastic about releasing her first line.
